Group Sizes – 
Bookings are available for individuals and groups. For groups larger than 15 people, please contact us directly.
Arrival Time
 – Please arrive on time. We may not be able to extend your session if you arrive late.
Cancellations
 – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Special Requirements
 – Let us know of any accessibility needs, dietary requirements, or other preferences when you book.
Responsible Service
 – Moo’s Distillery practices responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated or disruptive.
Weather & Venue Changes
 – Some bookings may be affected by weather or operational changes. We’ll contact you as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.
